Well, the 4th of July weekend is over, it's Monday, and many of us are back to work. That includes hockey design bloggers and concept designers. To get back into the swing of things, I present to you some jersey concepts. Happy Monday.

New York Rangers third jersey concept submitted by Mike Majeski

I liked the Rangers liberty third from years ago, however, I always
felt it was a little too modern looking for an Original 6 team.
Therefore, I felt if the Rangers get a new third jersey, they should go
vintage, rather than modern. The concept I based this off of was worn
during the 1946-1947 season. It features the Rangers word mark arched
over a number on the front. I then put the primary logo used during the
late 40s and early 50s as a shoulder patch. I think it is simple, clean, and classy look for this Original 6 team.

Great Isles lighthouse concepts, I like those a lot better than their current home and away but not their vintage third.

For the record, those Isles jerseys are meant to be 3rd and 4th jerseys. The idea is that the current third would be the primary home and a matching white would be the primary away.

The Rangers concept seems a bit tired with their current jerseys already have the retro fill. Something Modern is what they need for a third, something to spice it up!
