IllustrationClass.com
If you are an amateur logo designer, a wannabe, or even a professional, I encourage you to visit Von Glitschka's IllustrationClass.com blog. He doesn't really specialize in sports logos per se, but he is an EXCELLENT illustrator and his lessons really carry over to what we enjoy over here. All free lessons and I believe he just started some video lessons too.
